Pictures On Gold – Photo Locket

Yesterday was a great “mail day” for me. :) No bills and lots of packages! One of those packages contained this gorgeous locket from PicturesOnGold.com. It’s sterling silver and heart shaped.

When I ordered it, I requested that my initials be monogrammed on the front and I attached a photo of my hubby and kids to be included on the inside. It’s the first photo we had taken as a family of four, and my favorite of them together. The photo was large and the three of them were spread out awkwardly, and I worried that it wouldn’t work for my locket. But the folks at Pictures On Gold manipulated the photo so that they all fit, and it looks great! I’m am extremely impressed with their quick service and the quality of the locket, which arrived nicely packaged in a gift box along with a free polishing cloth.

The main thing that I love about this locket is that the photo has been laser engraved. I’ve always wanted a locket, but always passed because .. well.. who has pictures THAT small? I could never figure out how to place a photo inside. lol But this one is great. No paper photo to lose or be damaged! This one is very durable, and is even waterproof. It’s guaranteed to last a lifetime.

I am already thinking about the holidays coming up and how this would make a great gift for the kids’ grandparents. :)

Want to see my locket? Check it out!

I had a rough time getting a decent photo of the inside, but you get the idea! :)
